- Eligibility
- Master Degree from recognized University and must have secured minimum 55 percent marks. A relaxation of 5%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / differently abled and other categories of candidates.

Candidates fulfilling one of the following criteria shall be exempted from Ph. D. entrance test (KUPET)
- Completed M. Phil or equivalent Degree from any recognized Universities in India as per UGC guidelines.
- Qualified in GATE /SET/NET/ (JRF) Examination.
- Regular appointment as a teacher in Kolhan University, Constitute college & University Department.
- KUPET Pattern
The Examination will be of 300 marks
Paper-I- 50 questions 100 marks
Paper-II- 100 questions 200 marks
The questions papers will be M.C.Q (Multiple Choice Question type) Each Question Carries marks -02.
No negative marking.
- Syllabus
It shall consist of two Paper - I - Compulsory and Paper - II as per Core paper CSIR-UGC Syllabus.
